– Retention: Contract duration, plus applicable legal periods.

(iii) To send personalized communications (email, push notifications).

– Legal basis: Contract with your employer, or legitimate interest in receiving services.
– Retention: Until you object or withdraw consent; data will then be blocked and only processed if required by law.

III. Sharing of data, security measures and international data transfers

Your personal data may be shared with: (i) Public Administrations, Courts and tribunals, and State Security Forces and Corps, as required by law; (ii) Our partners, such as your employer; or (iii) Our suppliers acting as Data Processors, via a data processing agreement.

We process your data confidentially and apply technical and organizational measures to ensure its security. We do not transfer data outside the European Economic Area. However, if this occurs, we ensure GDPR-compliant safeguards, like using EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
